Terms and Conditions

Payment

• Payment is strictly required on day of service. Bank transfer Cash or credit Card / Finance to be arranged prior to placing a booking.
• We understand and will exercise our statutory right to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if we are not paid according to agreed credit terms. 8% will be added to the Bank of England's reference rate (base rate).

Insurance

• BV Detailing are insured to drive customers vehicles on public roads with fully comprehensive insurance.
• We are comprehensively insured to work on all vehicles, customer vehicles are comprehensively insured whilst inside our premises for theft and any other damage caused.
• All cars worked upon must be road worthy. This is the responsibility of the customer.
• Vehicles parked or left unattended by owners outside of BV Detailing premises are not the responsibility of BV Detailing, we will not be held liable for any damage.
